Hotel Santika Premiere ICE - BSD City ★★★★

The staff are nice and happy to help.

The location even though next to the Indonesia Convention Center (ICE) but far from anywhere else. The free shuttle bus (of the city) didn’t come as scheduled.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the Indonesia Convention Exhibition Center, just a 3-minute walk away.

The cleanliness is not up to par. Firstly, upon entering the room, there was a musty smell, and to my surprise, I even spotted a few cockroaches in the room, which is not something one would expect in a hotel of this price range.

almost all the staffs are friendly and attentive... the hotel lobby is clean but evening time got lots of mosquitos... the hotel is very near to the ICE exhibition hall... the room is spacious and comfy../

the food really need big improvement, not just the breakfast, we ordered for dinner, the taste are really quite bad. the location is quiet but abit far from the shopping mall by walking distance. the bathroom condition also need improvement, lots of area are spoilt and got molds issue. the call centre service is slow, need improvement too.

Nice hotel close to exibition hall so very convenient for anyone who would like to participate event.

I called for relaxing massage, however they never came. My schedule is quite strict,so I need to cancel this after waiting almost an hour. This is quite bad impression for me.

Everything. I love the room and especially the service from all the staffs. From check in and check out its really memorable. The room need to be improved especially that facing outside. double window would be great!

The window overlooking the street need to be improved so the sound not too loud.

I stayed in non smoking room but I still smell the cigarette odor when I entered the room. Quite bother me actually. I turned on the AC then the odor faded away (or I get used to it?) I didn’t ask to change the room since only stay for one night.

As it's part of the entire ICE complex, it accommodates those who attend events on the complex, such as concerts. There is a basement path that connects the hotel with the halls. The hotel is also near the toll road so good accesibility. The room is a typical hotel room. The staffs are friendly and provides good service. The gym is adequate, located on the rooftop along with the pool. Adequate amenities were provided. Breakfast can be improved. Their food from room service tastes better than their breakfast in my opinion.

Unfortunately I saw a small cockroach in my room when I had just arrived. It's just a passing one, but still it's quite disappointing. Hopefully next time the cleaning staffs would be more thorough; maybe include pest control in their routine.

It was in a good location near the Aeon Mall and other restaurants. There is also a free shuttle to the mall.

The hotel looked like it had potential to be a great hotel, and maybe it was at one point, but maintenance was clearly lacking. When we arrived in our room, we noticed pubic hair and black spots on the bed linen. There was mold throughout the bathroom shower. The bathroom sink was very slow to drain, which we noticed was in part owed to the tape holding the stopper together. The towels also looked tired and worn (discolored and threads coming undone). Also, when we asked for an extra bath towel, we were denied and/or deferred to a different staff person three times. The last staff person said that our room was reserved for only two people, so he could not give us more than two towels which is what was already in the room. However, we specifically reserved via Booking.com a room noting 2 adults and 1 toddler; however, the staff did not care. Further, while waiting in line to check-in, we noticed a sign for their spa in the lobby, which directed us to the front desk; however, when we inquired about the available services during check-in, they did not have the answers and directed us to visit the spa for more information. When we went to the spa, there was no one at the counter. We have frequented many types of hotels through the years in lots of countries, and this was not a quality hotel. Coupled with the lack of customer service and difficulty of the staff to answer simple questions or assist with things to make the guests feel welcome, we would not recommend this hotel.

The breakfast has improved since the last time I m was at the hotel. The staff were more willing to help when I needed help to store my breast milk for my baby in the freezer. They helped by storing it in their freezer.

A little bit too noisy at night with the cars / motorcycles passing by. The fridge provided was not that cold.

Super close with ICE BSD. The staffs are friendly and really helpful. The room is clean. Overall, it was really nice staying at Santika Premiere.

The room is big and comfortable. There were traditional food in the breakfast menu. A lot of parking space. Hotel is located in the quite area.

1. There were smelly in the bath room which coming from the floor drain. 2. Room telephone could not be used for calling the local number such as receptionist. 3. Many times I booked the hotels through the booking.com. There were no problem for the payment. Immediately after I booked the hotel from booking.com, I got the notification from the hotel's email that I have to pay. I never got this notification from the other hotels when I booked through booking.com. When checked in, the hotel block some amount in my credit card. I don't have any objection about this procedure. However, the hotel staff at the next day called my room and ASKING THE PAYMENT. My impression the hotel is very worry that costumer will not paid. It was very annoying for me. 4. During breakfast at the last day, the hotel staff at the dining room asked me to pay my kid breakfast as the additional cost. It was very clear in the booking that I booked this hotel for 2 adults and 1 child 7 years old and the cost already included for the breakfast. There was no good coordination between the front staff and the hotel staff at the dining room. 5. During breakfast at the outside dining room, there was one wild cat coming inside the dining area. There was no good control from the hotel staff. 6. Many times I booked the Santika Hotel group in the other city without any problem, however Santika Premier ICE - BSD city is the worst.

The staffs are friendly

The room smell, especially the bathroom, the bed sheet and pillow cases not clean, the duvet cover had a blood stain on it. After a through room cleaning the next day, the room seems to be in better condition. The swimming pools are small both for the children and adult. It seems that the water not so clean to a naked eyes. And it's so windy up in the swimming pools area.

Menu for the breakfast was good... there are many choice... the location is nice and quite...

The pool not big enough... Nothing mini mart or restaurant near the hotel...

Very well arranged on pick up service with additional cost. Breakfast was very good with variaties. Location is very close to Aeon Mall. Some staffs at receptionist were friendly and helpful, some others (the next day) were incapable and very rude. We just stayed for couple hours.

Check out time is unclear. We asked and got 3 different kind of answers, 11 am - 12 pm and 1 pm. Everyday depends on which staff you will get different answers. Due to my reservation it was untill 1 pm. They tried to convince other way so that we check out before noon. Please give guests information as guideline or at least as state in the hotel booking!

The room is new and clean. The bed is also very comfy
